Image use, permissions

Many of the images on this blog are of my own design, are copyrighted (©Joseph & Kray, LLC) and are used for commercial purposes. If I find any of my designs being used for commercial purposes by another party, I will aggressively protect my interests. If I find my images posted on another site without proper attribution, I will aggressively pursue my interests. This means I will take legal action against you.

If you wish to purchase items with my designs on them, you can find them at my store.

You are free to use any of these images on your NON-commercial site or blog  under the following conditions:

1) The image itself has a link back to the originating site…meaning here.

OR

2) Give me credit with a linked caption located immediately above or below the image.*

NOTE: Posting a copy of my image on your site (non-commercial or not) without giving credit and/or linking  back to my site is not acceptable.
